The safety of our customers is our top priority. All flights are conducted by experienced pilots using the latest equipment to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
If your paragliding session is canceled by Flybypara due to weather or safety reasons beyond our control, you will receive a full refund minus a 5% confirmation fee. If you cancel your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date, you will also receive a refund minus the 5% confirmation fee. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled date will be non-refundable.
